We have had a couple different companies come out to sweep our wood stove insert since our trusted one retired, and they were pretty useless. If your chimney sweep is not taking the whole stove out in the process, they are not doing you any service!

The A-Z team was very thorough and was able to show us the condition of our liner and some issues ignored by the previous so-called inspections, so we were able to get all of it addressed to prevent future problems. They also went above and beyond to get to the bottom of our stubborn damper handle, getting everything working smoothly again.

Pricing is reasonable, and the guys were neat, friendly, and really cared about doing the job right. After the cleaning, we had them install a new liner and our stove is back to operating efficiently for the first time in years.

Brett & company recently installed a wood burning stove into my fireplace.
They arrived early, professional, personable, costs were more than reasonable. Above all, important to me, they were neat, if I was not there to see it done there would not be a trace to follow.

The chimney liner, the flu plate replacement and the installation was done quickly without a 'hitch.'
The stove is much more efficient than the fireplace, too.

We used A-Z back in 2019 when our chimney literally clogged up stopping the furnace just as heating season was about to stop. These folks were recommended by another chimney sweep who told us the job was too big. When they came down to look at it, they were able to fix the immediate blockage so I could get my furnace going, and then came back a few weeks to repair the main problem - the cap was collapsing and dropping material that was causing the blockage. The crew is friendly, explain exactly what they are doing. They had to access part of the chimney through my living room, and they were very clean, and they patched the wall so I couldn’t tell they were there. Honestly, very happy with the repair, and easy to recommend.

A-Z came out on very short notice to clean our chimney and replace the liner on our gas furnace - when no one else would. I had to call four places and got “no” for an answer before I found A-Z. The crew was very professional and got the job done quickly. Highly recommended.
